You've danced off the calories, now it's time to strengthen and tone those muscles. This fusion class includes a mix of Pilates where it is all about energy, power and rhythm to a non-traditional mind-body program with challenging and dynamic movements from Yoga. It is an integrated way to work out your body, learn the focus of breathing, remaining focused and in tune with your body while stretching, toning and strengthening your muscles. Class includes work on the mats, use of Fitballs and bender balls.
