Fins II Class Description: This class includes: Immersing entire body for three seconds, capture objects in chest deep water with assistance, jump into chest deep water and recover, front and back float without help, front and back glide without help, turning over front and back with assistance, flutter kick front & back, intro. of back crawl arms, front crawl without help, modified back crawl without help, encounter deep water, and simple life saving & water rescue skills. Class is 45 minutes long and meets Mon. thru Thur. for two consecutive weeks. Fridays will be used for make-up classes in case of inclement weather. Max 10 participants in each class.
