Occurs every week on Tuesday and Thursday effective 3/5/13 until 4/4/13 from 5:55 PM to 6:25 PM

Additional Information

Prerequisite: Student should be able to perform front crawl with rhythmic breathing and back crawl unassisted for 25 yards. Students entering this course must have a Level 4 certificate or must be able to deomonstrate all the completion requirements in Level 4. The objective of Level 5 is further coordination and refinement of strokes. Skills introduced include: the butterfly and open turns. Participants learn to perform the front and back crawl for increased distances and to perform the sidestroke and breaststroke. Student continues stroke refinement and an introduction to all of the competitive strokes.
