Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of meditation using relaxed, graceful movements synchronized with deep breathing and mindfulness. It harmonizes body and mind to create balance for health, healing and stress relief. This class introduces Tai Chi exercises through the study of the Yang Style Long Form. Learn this beautiful style in its entirety, which is highly recommended to get the maximum health benefits, or only up to the level you desire. Location: Alexander Hughes Community Center.
