Bike 101 is an introduction to your bicycle. First participants will learn how to accurately identify the parts that make up a bike. Maintenance issues can be handled in an easier fashion once you know what you’ve got. Proper pedaling skills will be discussed as well along with drills to help build a solid training foundation. This 11/2 hour clinic is ideal for the beginner to intermediate triathlete or the recreational cyclist looking to know their bike more thoroughly.
