Strengthen and tone your body while burning calories and increasing your energy level with this overall muscle conditioning class. Class will consist of core work to strengthen the abdominal muscles and lower back, resistance training using weights for the upper and lower body including squats and lunges, as well as stretching for flexibility. You will need to bring weights appropriate for shoulder/bicep work and a towel to put on floor for floor work. Suggested weight to start program would be 3 lbs, may increase with program.
