About This Activity

Jump, shimmy and sway to the beat with Zumba, a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates international music and dance movements to create an exhilarating and effective fitness routine. The class combines fast and slow rhythms to achieve a balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Dancers and nondancers can enjoy aerobic exercises with easy-to-follow moves.
