Our main purpose of TAC Sports is help people have more confidence, live happier lives and fit learning and growth within their schedules. To this end, we are very happy to be helping parents to perform Yoga, learn the different poses and mentalities and become healthier, happier versions of themselves. Parents can drop off their children and head to their Yoga classes in the same facility. Our Yoga classes are run by experienced adult Yoga instructors. 1. To learn the different poses and routines of Hatha Yoga 2. To achieve greater flexibility and mindfulness 3. To have 50 minutes of physical activity, and 10 minute to watch and receive feedback from the lessons for your children.
