Water Resistance AM (Dec)

About This Activity

This is a fun class will held mostly in the deep water using Hydro Fit floatation cuffs, water barbells and water gloves (equipment provided) for a total body workout in 45 minutes. First timers: please arrive 15 min. early for orientation. You do not have to know how to swim, but must be willing to enter the deep water after learning how to balance with the cuffs. This is a fast moving class. Water shoes and water bottle are recommended.
