About This Activity

This class will use Hydro Fit floatation cuffs, water barbells and gloves. Focus is to improve balance and strength. You do not have to know how to swim, but must be comfortable in the water. We begin in shallow water and progress to waer walking in the deep end. You will also learn how to do a floating sit up.
