About This Activity

Class meets four nights a week. M/W = Cardio Pumpis interval training using weights and cardio sets. T/TH = Kickboxing combos brocken down on e at a time and then combined to make a fun, full body workout. No sparing. All fitness levels are welcome! ACE Certified Instructor: Renee Manders
