What's Included

Charleston, SC - Monday, April 18, 2016 Disrupt Dementia is a two part afternoon workshop that will include a didactic segment by Bill Thomas, MD, followed by the premier of a new documentary film by Rosatto-Bennett, and live music from international recording artist, Nate Silas Richardson. For decades, the only dementia story we’ve heard is one of loss and despair. But there is a new dementia story being told. It is a story of joy and growth. It is a story being told by people living with dementia, for people living with dementia, who want to disrupt the status quo and tell you that they are still here and their lives have meaning.
