From Broadway to television and feature films, spend an evening getting to know Oklahoma native Milena Govich. Milena Govich first gained national attention on TV in CBS's Love Monkey, then as the prostitute/con-artist Candy on three seasons of Rescue Me. She also starred in the Dick Wolf series Conviction which led to her role of Nina Cassady, the first and only female detective on the Emmy winning series, Law & Order. She appeared on Broadway in the musical revival of Cabaret, beginning in the role of Lulu, and was the understudy and eventual replacement for the lead role, Sally Bowles. Govich also performed on Broadway in the musical revival of The Boys from Syracuse and in the musical Good Vibrations. She starred as Millie in the first regional production of Thoroughly Modern Millie. This two-hour overview will highlight Milena's career.
