Start your work week out with a relaxing Yoga stretch and tone. Yoga can improve your mental clarity and relaxation throughout the rest of your week. Our Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor will lead you through simple, easy to do, beginner level stretches. Variations for more advanced Yoga students will be given for those with experience.
