About This Activity

Stunt class will teach athletes the proper technique of stunting, spotting and how to work with others to improve their stunting skills. It will allow participants to try different positions to determine what position best fits them. Includes prep levels such as half?s one leg stunts at chest level, and extended stunts such as libs, heal stretches, bows and more. The instructor will take what you?ve learned and put it together with different types of pyramids. This class will teach the athletes how to work with each other and gain confidence within their selves and trust their teammates. 0-1 year experience.
