STAR WINEMAKERS(Friday, November 15)
Some great winemakers work with privileged terroirs while others master the personality of specific grape varieties. But the best of them make wines that even transcend the potential of the terroirs or varieties they work with. Their deft and artistic touch manifests itself in all the wines they make, opening new paths of expression, creating new wine styles, and transforming the regions they work with. Mariano García, Álvaro Palacios or Peter Sisseck are the epitome of these star winemakers, but they are not the only ones. This seminar is devoted to some of the best winemakers working in Spain today.
