Come try this sample class in Tai Chi and discover the many health benefits associated with this centuries old Chinese art. Learn about Tai Chi, the movements, the breathing techniques and through continuous exercise you may increase muscle, strength, flexibility and reduce stress. Classes are led by a qualified volunteer instructor through the Taoist Tai Chi Society of Canada. This class will teach you the basics of Tai Chi, prepare you to take further classes.
