What's Included

We will participate in a close reading of James Joyce’s novel, A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man. Our discussions will explore the style, structure and significances of Joyce’s watershed novel and consider its function as a prologue to Ulysses and very tentatively, Finnegan’s Wake. Two Sessions: April 27; June 1

The Institute for Learning in Retirement Inc. at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut is a non-profit, community based group of active adults over the age of 55 who share a love of learning.
