Belly Dance C - Veil

About This Activity

Veil class will focus on basic veil movement and wraps. Performed to taksim and slow tempos. Great for toning. Veil required. Bring a 2.5 to 3 yard length of light weight fabric such as chiffon. Some veils will be provided by instructor.

Flirty, feminine and fun, belly dance promotes flexibility, strengthens the core and tones muscles. Class will also focus on gentle stretching, muscle control with belly dance movements, combos and includes choreography. Bring a mat for stretching.  Instructor: Diane Hanse.
