Slosh In The Mosh
Start: Saturday, September 7, 2013
Nashville , TN 37221
Registration Closing Date
Friday, August 16, 2013
This Mob Event is unlike any you have experienced! You will encounter a challenging 5K trail over some rough terrain, swim or wade through ponds built long ago by Civil War soldiers working on the railroad, climb straight up a 60 foot natural monster called “Mona’s Mound”and top it all off with a steep slide down the earthen dam into “Mosh Potatoes”!(check your shoelaces ladies and gentlemen!) The setting and views are terrific as you make your way around Trophy Bass Lake. You will get wet and muddy as this trail takes you into and over the lake 3 times, and challenges your stamina and resolve through some pretty rough spots. Spectators will have ample opportunities to snap pictures of their favorite muddy buds as they watch from the lakes edge or near one of the 14 other obstacles. SLOSH IN THE MOSH is a fun, friendly run, but it ain’t no “Plywood Pasture Promenade”. We are sure to have skinned knees, briar scratches and muddy mayhem for you to enjoy! All this fun is geared towards raising some serious bucks for African Christian Schools Foundation and Exile International – two of the most wonderful organizations around – as they share God’s love and hope with Central Africa. Due to this being a fundraising event there will be NO REFUNDS of registration fees.
With registration you receive the official Slosh 2013 tshirt and a virtual goodie bag with gifts from our sponsors. Tshirts will be given out at race day check in and the virtual goodie bag will be emailed to you just before race day.Event schedule and times
