Beginning Yoga with Tonia

About This Activity

Use Yoga to gently unwind and feel the subtle flow of energy moving throughout your body.  Yoga is a delightful process to unite the body and mind as one.  The class will consist of movement, breath work, and meditation.  You will learn poses in depth, building a strong foundation.  Yoga strengthens and stretches the body while focusing and calming the mind.  This class is great for those who have never done yoga before.  If you have questions about any of the yoga classes please e-mail Tonia at
