About This Activity

Have you always loved Thai food, but just didn?t know how to cook it? This class will teach you how to make simple healthy dinners in less than an hour. Healthy Thai Cooking offers hands-on experience to help you adapt to your life-style. Each class will concentrate on two dishes: A main dish such as Pad Thai or Tom Ka, and one appetizer, drink or desert such as Fresh Rolls, Thai Tea, or Mango with Sticky Rice. We will leave everyone with a Thai cookbook of everything you've cooked. This class will also show you where to get everything you need to cook Thai food in the future. All ingredients are available locally (some vegetables are seasonal). (Min 4/Max 15)
