CAMP OVERVIEW. A three-day cycling camp with Ivan Dominguez where you can learn pro-level training and racing tips and tactics, eating suggestions for both on and off the bike, insights into the life of a Pro Cyclist, and much more! All of this complemented with three days of fantastic training and some of the most beautiful roads in Mt Dora, FL.
CAMP ITINERARY. Day One: 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. - Breakfast. Specifics on Training Ride #1. 9:45 a.m. – 3 p.m. – Training Ride #1. Approximately 4-5 hours. Questions welcomed throughout the ride. 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. – Recovery/free time. 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. – Unplugged #1 with Ivan Dominguez. Topic: 1. Q&A session at the end. 7 p.m. – Dinner. In town Italian restaurant to prepare for next day’s ride. Day Two: 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. - Breakfast. Welcome, general overview of the three days, and specifics on Training Ride #2. 9:45 a.m. – 3 p.m. – Training Ride #1. Approximately 5-6 hours. Questions welcomed throughout the ride. 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. – Recovery/free time. 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. – Unplugged #2 with Ivan Dominguez. Topic: 2. Q&A session at the end. 7 p.m. – Dinner. Let’s eat to our heart’s content! Day Three: 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. - Breakfast. Specifics on Training Ride #3. 9:45 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Training Ride #3. Approximately 3 hours. Coffee shop stop at half-way point. Two competitive sprints during the second half of the ride. 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. – Final gathering and opportunity for Q&A. 2 p.m. – Camp ends. Go kick butt on the road! *Itinerary subject to change. All times are estimates based on length of training ride, group pace, and on-thebike versus off-the-bike demands. Topics of discussion to be announced with every camp. Note: You are expected to bring your bike in good working condition, helmet, cycling shoes, cycling clothes, glasses if you use them, and a good attitude with a lot of questions. WAIVER. Every participant is required to fill out a waiver and returned it in person before the start of the Training Camp in order to be considered a fully executed registration. Thank you for your support.
