Fitness Boot Camps are one of the fastest ways to boost fitness through short and effective workouts involving elements of cardio, resistance, plyometric and interval fitness training. Tim's format is generally full body circuit training meant to increase lean tissue and help boost metabolism allowing you to get the maximum results in the shortest time possible. Tim will use different training methods such as Tabata, circuit, and interval with a variety of equipment such as cones, jump ropes, medicine balls, agility ladders, etc. Classes will start with a focus on general fitness and eventually splitting off into specific classes for different fitness levels to include youth fitness.
