Brief Description

Join us for the 1st year of New Mexico's premier 24 hour mountain bike race. 24 Hours in the Enchanted Forest is featured in the breathtaking aspen corridors and ponderosa pines of the rolling Zuni Mountains southeast of Gallup, NM. Temps will average 75 in the day and 45 at night. The trail is a stellar 16 miles of total single track and camping is available right on the trail. Proceeds go to SolveCFS.

Camping

Camping is ony $1 per head on the honor system and fires are allowed now. Most RV's can be accommodated. No electricity or water provided. Portable toilets on site. Desginated solo alley and generator camping areas. First come first served.

18 and Under Discount

Those 18 years of age or younger get 1/2 off their registration fee (CFIDS $25 donation still applies). This offer is only available through snail mail registration. Check the event website for details.

Other Categories and Raffle

Oldest Bike: bust out the vintage and strut your stuff. Rez Rocket: most pimped out ride. Most Flats: one unlucky rider will leave with a little swag. Red or Green?: NM’s official state question, can your bike reflect it? Cane Creek Roadrunner Rally: the fastest laps in each category. Check out the website and facebook for more categories as the event nears! If you still haven’t won anything there will be a HUGE raffle after the event, thanks to our sponsors.

Course

The 16 mile course was recently changed to a 100% singletrack course, and some of the best singletrack you will ever ride! More details, including a course profile with elevation gain, gps map, and a course video are available on the event website.

Charity

A portion of the proceeds are donated to The Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS) Association of America, the largest and most active charitable organization dedicated to chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). For more info, visit www.CFIDS.org.
