FEEDING THE COUNTY
The past two years the R2R has raised over $20,000 for the Macomb Food Program. For every dollar received the food program is able to purchase over two days worth of food. Currently 55 neighborhood food pantries provide emergency food service in Macomb County. Race proceeds will be donated to the Macomb Food Program. Runners are encouraged to bring food donations on Race Day or to donate additional dollars while registering.
