An introduction to Hatha Yoga is designed for students who are either new and returning to yoga. You will be guided by our instructor to gently explore basic postures and simple breathing techniques, followed by a guided relaxation. Yoga helps tone, strengthen and balance the body and is ideal for counteracting the stresses of daily life.
