Elite course approx. 5 miles of SUP & 2 miles of running broken down SUP/Run/SUP/Run. Novice course approx. 3 miles SUP & 1 mile run broken down SUP/Run/SUP. Kids races. Versatile footwear highly recommended. Accumulative finish times by Gemini Timing. Proceeds go to Parkinson's Disease Foundation.
