Brief Description

The duathlon is a 2-mile run, followed by a 10-mile bike, finishing with a 2-mile run. MUST wear helmets. No Drafting. The individual 2-mile run is part of the first duathlon leg. (out and back) The Duathlon Relay consists of 1 biker and 1 runner. Fees include shirt, drinks, food, music, and door prizes.

Shirts

Dri-Fit Shirts. All athletes registiered before september 3rd are guaranteed shirts. After September 3rd shirts will be given on a first come first served basis until gone.

Packet Pick-Up

Packets can be picked up on Friday Sept. 21st 4-7pm at the Courtyard Marriott., 142 Library Blvd · Houma, Louisiana 70360 USA, You MUST show identification.

Duathlon-Top 3 overall (M&F), Master and Grandmaster (M&F), 2 deep in ten-year groups through 70+ (M&F), Relay-Top Male, Female, and Coed team, Clydsedale 225lbs. - age 0-39/40-up, Athena 150lbs. - age 0-39/40-up, 2-Miler-First 5 places for 2-miler (M&F), Top walker (M&F)

NEW TO COURSE

Chip timing, No drafting will be allowed, Officials will be on course.
