RELAY TEAMS
The CAPTAIN of the Team must complete the registration for all team participants.
The CAPTAIN will be responsible for furnishing all teammates information and payment for the entire team.
TEAM PACKET PICK UP: PHOTO ID FOR EACH member of team required to pick up his/her packet. Each team member MUST pick up OWN packet: NO EXCEPTIONS (Fee being paid includes the USAT one day license if you are NOT an annual member)
USAT RANKINGS
Get ranked both Nationally and Regionally. Regionally you will be ranked in your age group for the Mideast region: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio. Rankings will be on display at www.usatriathlon.org

REMEMBER: You will compete, and will be ranked as well as receive awards according to the age YOU WILL BE ON 12/31/2009!

NO REFUNDS / NO EXCEPTIONS / TRANSFERS
There is a NO refund policy, however Elite Endeavors has always had a transfer policy. If you cannot participate, and a transfer becomes necessary, one MUST CONTACT ELITE ENDEAVORS DIRECTLY BY EMAIL. You MUST NOTIFY Elite Endeavors NO LESS than THREE (3) days prior to the event date for any transfer. ** An administrative fee of $15.00 will be charged for the transfer.
