Brief Description

The GO Urban adventure race is a technology based city-wide scavenger hunt loaded with physical and mental challenges. Here’s how it works: Teams are composed of two competitors, each team will be supplied with a total of 8 clues that will each lead to a GOpoint(location), for a total of 8 GOpoints. At each GOpoint each team will have to participate in a mental or physical challenge. The race starts at 12pm (noon) and will last a maximum of 5 hours (till 5pm).

SMS Messaging

In an effort to host a sustainable event, GO Urban Charlotte will be providing all clues via SMS based text messaging. All competitors must have a cellphone capable of SMS text messaging to compete. Competitors will have to send answers via text messages in order to receive additional clues in order to complete their GO Urban adventure. Please ensure your cellphone is fully charged on race day!

Prizes: 1st Place - $400, month's supply of Honest Tea, and free Championship entry 2nd Place - $275 and free Championship entry 3rd Place - $100 and free Championship entry All Teams who compete qualify for the GO Urban Championship Race!
