237th Marine Corps Birthday Ball Sponsored by 4th ANGLICO in association with Marine Corps League (Gen A.A. Vandergrift Det) West Palm Beach, FL

MCL MEMBERS MUST PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THEIR GUESTS

In order to ensure that MCL members Guests are seated with them, we require all registration to be made by the Marine. This will keep the Marine's name assigned to the guests and will help us take better care of those in attendance. Random "John Doe" registrations make it difficult to know who is with who and will lead to OVER BOOKING of the event.

GUEST LIMITATIONS:

Please limit guest totals to no more than (5) guests per Marine as space will be limited to 600 total people. Remember, we are sharing this event with 4th ANGLICO and their guests as well. Case-by-Case basis will be addressed through Cary Haerlin as he is responsible for ticket sales and seating arrangements. These cases will not be addressed until after November 1st. This is to ensure that all are provided an opportunity to purchase a seat in the Ballroom.

UNIFORM FOR EVENT

Dress Blue "Alphas" (Medals) Dress Blue "Bravos" (Ribbons & Shooting Badges) Service Alphas (Ribbons & Shooting Badges) Mess Dress is optional. Marine Corps League Formal Dress (red blazer or mess dress) Civilian clothing will be tuxedo or suit and tie.

YOUR GUESTS ATTIRE

Ensure that your spouse and/or guests are dressed appropriately - Evening gowns and dresses that are "CONSERVATIVE" and not revealing are appropriate - Miniskirts or leopard printed halter tops are examples of inappropriate attire - Suite and tie or sports jackets with dress shoes and slacks are examples of appropriate attire for males

DINNER MENU

Five Hour Braised Beef Short Ribs Tomato & Horseradish Crusted Atlantic Salmon Chicken Benedetto (As More Vendors donate, the menu will be updated) Chocolate - Cheesecake Bomb Vanilla Cheesecake wrapped in Dark Chocolate Mousse Flourless Chocolate Cake, Dark Chocolate Ganache

BAR & DRINK PRICES

Free (Liquor & Beer) until donated alcohol runs out. ONLY 2 DRINK PURCHASES per trip to the bar. Once all donated Alcohol runs out, the Bar becomes a Cash Bar at normal cost. - Once the ceremony begins, the bars will be closed until after the ceremony.

PARKING @ BROKEN SOUND

A valid photo ID card will have to be shown at the main gate in order to enter Broken Sound. Parking will be at the Main Clubhouse. All cars can go straight to valet which is straight ahead once entering the Main Club driveway. Tipping is not required but, encouraged. The security guard at the front gate will direct whoever is unsure.
