Bushwhack Adventures and the RDU Chapter of TrailBlazers Adventure Racing Club is pleased to present the 2008 Impossible Panther Adventure Race! IPAR08 is part of the 2008 TrailBlazers Sprint AR Series
Bushwhack Adventures is picking up your online registration fee. Online registration closes April 29. No race-day registration. Each team member must register separately. TrailBlazers members get a $15 discount. Non-members get a TrailBlazers membership.

This AR will include orienteering, mountain biking, trekking, and paddling for teams of 2 or 4. Teams will plot UTM coordinates for the checkpoints on the provided maps and then navigate their way through the course. Special challenges may be encountered along the way! Visit the race website for more details! Teams must bring or arrange for their own canoes. Support crews are not required. Free camping onsite. Come join in on the adventure racing fun! Are you ready? All participants are expected to be competent in basic mountain biking, paddling, and orienteering skills as well as possessing a fitness level suitable for 4, 8 or 12 hours of rigorous wilderness activity. The 4 HR course will be challenging, but the shorter length is perfect for new adventure racers wanting to try the sport for the first time. The 8 and 12 HR courses will be more challenging - BE PREPARED! All courses will be a modified rogaine format with points determining the winner. There will be some mandatory CP's but no specified order.
