Brief Description

This event is not intended just for runners. With the help of some very special women you will be encouraged to build your confidence through many activities. This event will help you to achieve the confidence that will help you to tackle that everyday task called life.Without confidence many of these simple tasks may feel daunting and larger than life. It is about working together as women to balance, to share, to redefine and to celebrate our similar, yet in many ways unique lifestyles.
