The $25.00 is a certificate fee for those required to attend. If you are not required to attend and would like a certificate then the $25.00 would apply. We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and donations are welcome. IF WHEN ATTEMPTING TO REGISTER AN THIS PAGE SAYS REGISTRATION CLOSED YOU CAN STILL REGISTER AT THE EVENT AND PAY BY CASH OR MONEY ORDER. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO AVOID BEING TURNED AWAY.
