BEGINNER CAMP

Description: Learn the basic skills to begin wrestling. Camp will be held in The University of Maryland Wrestling
room from 9am to 12pm. Ages 5-16 (If interested in a camp and do not meet age requirement

TEAM/COMPETITION CAMP
Date: June 27-30, 2010
Cost: $420 Overnight / $320 Commuter
Description: Learn great technique and compete against other wrestlers. Camp will be held in Cole Field House
and will have 3 sessions a day consisting of a combination of technique and competition. Ages 14-
18 (If interested in a camp and do not meet age requirement contact us for exemption)
TECHNIQUE CAMP
Date: July 5-8, 2010
Cost: $420 Overnight / $320 Commuter
Description: Focus on learning great technique. Camp will be held in Cole Field House and will have 3 sessions
a day consisting of combination of technique, live wrestling and conditioning. Ages 8-18 (If
interested in a camp and do not meet age requirement contact us for exemption)
"HELL IN THE SHELL" INTENSIVE TRAINING CAMP
Date: July 5-10, 2010
Cost: $575 Overnight / $475 Commuter
Description: Focus on learning technique and training at an intense level. Camp will be held in The University of
Maryland Wrestling Room will have 3 sessions a day consisting of combination of learning
technique, hard drilling, live wrestling, conditioning and strength training. Ages 14-18 (If interested
in a camp and do not meet age requirement contact us for exemption)
