Whether you have practiced before or are a beginner in the world of Yoga, this "all-level" Yoga class is for you. With guidance from the experienced, certified Yoga Instructor, you will be able to practice at a fitness level that is comfortable for you. The practice of yoga conditions and helps build strength; increase flexibility; and improve balance, coordination, and concentration.Things to bring: Yoga Mat plus a firm blanket. Yoga block is recommended, but not required. Please come to class on an empty stomach.
