YOGA FLOWYoga Flow class will focus on the large muscle groups that commonly hold stress ? hips, shoulders, and lower back. Instructor, Rachel Parker will increase flexibility and blood flow to help reduce stress and repair the body, while also improving your body?s strength, balance, mental focus and awareness. Participants are taught in such a way that each person feels challenged, without feeling intimidated, creating a relaxing and comfortable learning environment accessible to everyone - from the curious novice to the seasoned yogi. Ages 14 & Older.
