TRX/ POWER PLATE 101Have you been working out at the community center for a couple of years and need to change things up, try our TRX Workout System and Power Plate Machine. The TRX System was developed by a former Navy Seal and the Power Plate Machine uses acceleration training that utilizes vibration technology.
