TRI-FIT SWIMThe swim portion of a triathlon can be the most physically and mentally demanding portion of the race. Efficient swimming technique can reduce your exertion in the water portion of a race, giving you more energy to tackle the bike and run portions of an event. Class is triathletes that want to work on their swim fitness and receive instruction on improving their technique. Instructor: Kyle McCawley.
