About This Activity

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONINGNO CLASS 9/6...Anything goes in this total body conditioning class. You will work all of the muscle groups with and without equipment by combining the best of boot camp, sports conditioning, strength training and more. Work with challenging intervals designed to increase strength and improve cardio fitness and agility. Class can be modified for all levels. Instructor: Jamie Holmquist. Ages 14 & Older.
