EASY RIDERS You do not need to be a competitive cyclist or in great physical shape to get the benefits from spinning. People in spinning classes can burn 450-500 calories in 50-minutes. Instructor, TBD, will get you started in spinning and help push you to a great workout. Spinning will help you raise your metabolism and keep it pumping at a high level. Each class features 30 minutes of riding with 20 minutes of stretching, running and other exercises. Ages 14 & Older.
