Each class features a warm up, followed by recovery rides, intervals, sprints, or fat burning endurancerides; non-bike exercises include ladder work, running, big band strength training and interval training. Last class of each month features a race simulation! Be sure to attend every class; instructor rewards consistency. Personal Trainer: Phyllis Peterson.
