The Dip and Dash is a Swim - Run Aquathlon event.
For those of you training for a triathlon, looking for a great Sunday morning workout, this one's for you! It's a three race series and you can choose to do one, two, or all three. If you do two or more you will be included in the points series for awards for the series.
The first race in the series is the shortest. You can choose the shorter, 750 yard swim and a 4 mile run, or the longer 1500 yard swim with the 4 mile run. A swim only option or a relay is also available.
