Brief Description

Go on an adventure to benefit SREHUP, the Student Run Emergency Housing Unit of Philadelphia! Urban Race Against Homelessness is a photo scavenger race spanning Center City and West Philly. Race participants will work as an individual or a team to find and photograph answers to different clues that will take them around the city of Philadelphia. All proceeds will be donated towards SREHUP to purchase blankets, food, and other supplies for homeless shelters in the Philadelphia area.

Registration

Registration fees are as follows: Early Bird (2/27-3/10): $22 Regular (3/11-3/22): $27 Day of (3/23): $30

Event Schedule

Check-in will begin at 9 AM, and the race will begin at 9:45 AM and run until 11:45 AM. Refreshments will be provided after the events, and winners will be announced during that time.

About Our Fundraising

Proceeds benefit SREHUP whose mission is "to achieve long-lasting positive changes for the community of people experiencing homelessness by providing for this population’s immediate needs while empowering individuals to lift themselves out of homelessness and advocating for changes that will end homelessness. SREHUP achieves this mission by providing guests with a place to sleep, warm meals, a variety of holistic programs, and assistance in attaining permanent housing."
