Not wanting to join a gym. We're a friendly fitness group. Girls on the Go is offering unlimited classes for THREE months Join GOTG and experience a wonderful sense of solidarity. We're very famlly orinated and our children as young as 7 enjoy our classes and running/walking in our groups. Try the classes and find the right one that fits your needs. GOTG has a nutrition option. Come by and see us and we will help you achieve your goals.
