Brief Description

CFH teams up with FoAK to support families living with autism and other special needs. Parents want to keep their kids active while CrossFit provides a means to making this happpen. Groups will compete in a CrossFit Throwdownat the CFH Facility.

About FoAK:

FoAK is a group of parents providing opportunities in the local community by supporting fundraising events involvign the public, developing programs and projects that support children living with autism and other special needs. In this effort, FoAK partnered with Special Warriors progam of CFH to provide a program allowing those with special needs to stay active and develop confidence in themselves. As parents, it is difficult to find these opportunities so when we saw the positive results from participating in Special Warriors program, we wanted to spread the word and allow many other families the same opportunity to try the Special Warrior program.
