Brief Description
Since the best way to practice for an obstacle course race is to do one, we are having practice SPARTAN and MUDDER races every Saturday at 11AM. You race and get timed or practice the obstacles. We start as a group, run a lap, do a SPARTAN obstacle, run a lap, and do another SPARTAN obstacle. This pattern repeats for 12 different obstacles. After you’re finished with the SPARTAN obstacles, you start your MUDDER race. We also have beginner races to start.
