About This Activity

Take an hour out of your day to slow down and get centered! This class is slower paced flow yoga for all. Learn how to breath, stretch, de-stress and create more balance in your body and life. Instructor is Karen Onny who has been practicing yoga for the past 18 years and teaching since 1999. Great for retires or adults with flexible schedules who would like to begin or continue practicing yoga at their own pace. (6 weeks)
