Learn the basics of YOGA in this fun and informative class. Increase your flexibility, gain strength, and reduce stress. Each practice includes warm-up, learning postures, cool down, and meditative rest. You will also learn proper breathing technique to aide your practice. Taught by Christine Baker certified by The Yoga Center of Minneapolis. Ages 16 years and older are welcome. Drop in rate of $8 will be charged per class if not registered. Registration rate can be pro rated if signing up after class begins.
